FAQ:

Q: I’m ready to book, now what?

A: Please send an email to our travel agent, Ashley Joseph, ashleyjoseph@travelmation.net with the following information:

  • Subject: IAM CRUISE
  • Include the following information:
  • Your Room Category preference
  • How many people you want in your room?
  • First and last name as it appears on official photo ID for each guest in the room.
  • Date of birth for each guest in the room.
  • Contact phone number where you can be reached via text.

Q: Can I have 3 or 4 people in my cabin?

A: Yes, but it will not be at the group rate. Group rates are only for double occupancy. You can book multiple rooms with two guests in each and qualify for the group rate. If you decide to have more than two guests per cabin, please indicate in your form submission or email if you want three or four people in the room to receive a custom quote. Please note: The 3rd and 4th person will be priced according to the prevailing rate on the day you inquire and is not guaranteed until a deposit is made.

Q: Do I need a passport?

A: No. A passport is not required. If you have one, that is all you need for boarding. If not, you will be required to show TWO forms of valid ID. (ie: a valid driver’s license and a certified birth certificate). Minors will only need to show a birth certificate.

Q: What forms of payment are acceptable?

A: Our travel agency’s computer system is linked directly to Royal Caribbean’s system, and we will process those payments. All major credit cards are accepted. You may pay the entire fee up front, or you may make payments up until April 20th.

Q: Can I book this cruise after the deposit due date of March 18, 2024?

A: Yes, but space will be limited and the IAM discounted rate can only be guaranteed through March 18th. After the cut off date, please email ashleyjoseph@travelmation.net directly for the current availability and pricing.

Q: Where are the ports of call?

A: The cruise will stop in Puerto Costa Maya and Cozumel. Once you make a booking, you will be given a confirmation number and you can go to the Royal Caribbean website or app and see your booking and options for tours. You can also choose to book something on your own with the taxi and transportation services in the ports of call.

Q: Can I pick my room?

A: Yes. Once you pay full deposit of $200 per person, we will work with you on room location.

Q: Can we choose our dining time?

A: The IAM Pageant Powerhouse Family will all be dining at the same time and at tables close to each other. You may choose to opt out of formal dining and eat at a number of other locations and options on the ship, but formal dining will all be determined by The IAM Pageant Powerhouse International Office.

Q: How much are gratuities ?

A: Gratuities  are $18.00 per person per day. This covers all room attendants, your waiter, assistant waiter, culinary service staff, and other service staff behind the scenes. Every passenger pays tips regardless of age.  If gratuities are not prepaid prior to sailing, they will be automatically added to the guests’ folios once onboard.

Q: Is there WI-Fi on the ship? Can I buy a beverage package on board?

A: Yes and Yes. Internet packages and beverage packages can be purchased before you sail or once you are on board. There are various plans offered at reasonable prices. Please check with your cellular provider about coverage and international charges in Mexico.

Q: What are the age restrictions for those traveling on this cruise?

A: Minors: Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and, may not under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Minors must have a chaperone for every 8 minors. Guests 12 and younger may travel in separate staterooms. However, minors must either be directly across the hall or next door.
